I love getting to see women’s lives transformed. It’s the whole reason why I got into personal training in the first place. And, it’s the reason I get to say, “I LOVE MY JOB!” Here’s just a few stories of how the Ripped Girls Community helped women overcome their fitness hurdles and get on the path to healthy living.
When I started Michelle’s Ripped Girls Community I hadn’t worked out in several months. I had been very sick and had undergone a surgery 6 months prior. I was scared to work out and even more scared that if I tried, I wouldn’t succeed. I am glad I tried though, because this time I did succeed! Michelle’s group made it easy. She gave us workouts that fit us at different levels, there were moves that fit the hardcore ladies, and those moves were modified by Michelle to work for even the least in shape of us gals. What I love most about the group is the community of encouragement. Michelle is a constant on there and answers questions very quickly. She is committed to the group and to the people in it, and we are also committed to each other. It’s not just a weight loss/muscle building group, it’s a team, a team that works together in our goal towards better health. Thank you Michelle.
I absolutely love Michelle and her approach to fitness! Before I started working out with her, I would spend at least an hour and a half on my workouts. I have 4 kids, so I needed something that fit my “life” better. I love lifting weights and I have a lot of friends who have had success following workout plans to work 1 or 2 muscle groups a day, but I never could find one that allowed me to do them at home. I love being able to work each part of my body on different days. I know that I am capable of pushing myself HARD for 20 minutes! And I love following it up by walking for 30-60 minutes. Michelle’s program is so great because it has basic moves that can be taken TO THE MAX! It’s up to you how ripped you want to get! Thank you Michelle, for helping bring balance back into my life and teaching me to “trust a more simple process!
I just need to send this shout out to Michelle Rycroft. I used to be obsessed with counting calories and it was so counterproductive for me. Eventually, I got so burned out I would throw caution to the wind and binge eat. I repeated this behavior for years. I also thought I had to spend at least an hour at the gym a day. I could not have been more wrong. Since I met the amazing Michelle Rycroft, I’m now learning to listen to my body, trust my instincts and exercise efficiently. I have never felt so free when it comes to eating and exercising!
