I launched Ripped by Rycroft as a way to share my thoughts and experiences in order to help women find themselves and find balance in their life while still being healthy and fit. This is my place to peek out from behind the curtain as well as share other information on fitness, nutrition, general health, and quality of life. A good portion of what is presented here is my point of view. Yours may differ, and that’s A-OK — you’ve got to make the choices that are right for you. You should also know that occasionally, when I recommend a book, program, or product, I get some sort of kickback. Then again, often times I don’t. I promise you I will never, ever recommend something I don’t believe in. It’s got to be stellar, or you will not hear a peep out of me.
